Well yesterday it was still hot and I was still drenched. Did the 3 miles in 39:51. That's about a 13:17 min/mile pace.
Today, I needed to get in the office extra early to meet with someone concerning work. And I have to go home to finish studying for my final tonight. So no running for me today. We have our 14 miler on Saturday. Stay tuned...

BRAVO on the 3 miles, wow. I can't really go that far yet, not without lots of walking breaks, so props to you!
