Well got in 2 miles before I picked up the boys on yesterday. I tried to run 20 minutes straight through, and got to 13:37 and had to stop. Next week I need to just concentrate on 15 minutes and work my way up.
So overall my time was 26:23.
13:11 min/mile.
The 15 Miler is tomorrow. 6:00 am. So I am going to start my carb loading for lunch. Yummy pasta..
